Order Processing
All orders are processed within 12–15 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for addresses within 15 km of Durgapur. Deliveries are made from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from samirangarai66@gmail.com containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
